+ Will my order ship right away?

No, most pillows are made to order.  Production time is 4 weeks for current designs, 6-8 weeks for large and custom orders.  Each piece is individually designed, cut, sewn and stuffed by one set of hands.

+ When will a "sold out" pillow be available again?

We buy wool in small batches and switch colors for designs often.  Please consider signing up for "UPDATES" (link at bottom of page) to be notified of a restock.

+ Are your pillows made of felt?

No, we use woven wool;  heavyweight apparel fabric (flannel + coating), melton cloth and blanket weight.  We purchase our wool directly from US mills (Pendleton and Woolrich).

+ What are the pillows stuffed with?

We use polyester fiberfill.  

+ Can I machine wash the pillows?

No, spot clean or dry clean only.  The sculptural pillows would most likely become misshapen and shrink if washed in a machine (like that time you accidentally washed your favorite wool/cashmere sweater).

+ What carrier do you use for shipping?

For small, residential orders we use USPS Priority mail.  We use FedEx Ground for the XL-XXL mountain pillows.  For orders outside the US, we ship USPS Priority International.

+ Do you have any ready to ship pieces?

Sometimes.  Please check the READY TO SHIP section of our ETSY shop.

+ Do you ship outside the US/Canada?

Sometimes.  We are able to handle overseas orders to select countries through our ETSY shop. Please check there for more information.  

+ Do you ever have sales?

Occasionally, please sign up for email updates.  Sometimes we have discounted pieces in the SECONDS AND SAMPLES of our ETSY shop.

+ Do you take custom orders?

+ Do you have a physical location or sell in person anywhere?

We sell at various craft fairs and art exhibitions during the year.  Check our events page for details.
